During this time I worked for the advertising agency AGK (Bremen), the newspapers Heide Kurier (Soltau) and the Sylter Spiegel (Westerland). In Hamburg I spent a few years designing ads and did the makeup of DIE WELT and DIE ZEIT. I also worked for a company which designed and produced tickets for any kind of event, zoo or cinema.
Important for my current bandwidth, however, were the 12 years I worked for the Repro Studio Kroke in Hamburg. My main task consisted of packaging design and a collection of works for several global clients.
Primarily I designed the labels and packages for Aldi (worldwide), Edeka, Lidl, Kaufland and Netto, also providing them and other foreign trade companies with food photography.
In addition to these tasks, I worked for Kempinski (staff magazine, business stationaries, etc.), Shell (customer brochures, staff magazines), the State Opera (Die Staatsoper, Hamburg) and created the theater program poster every month.
This broad field of clients and experiences shaped my current work style: creative, solution-oriented, timely, focusing on the bigger picture with a new perspective beyond the beaten track.
